Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in unused condition, with the original packaging.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns sent with C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Who Covers the Return Shipping Fee?

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will depend on the carrier you choose.
  • If the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fee.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at service@yvettesports.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

  2. Pack the Items
    Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the parcel.

  3. Ship the Package
    Drop off the package at your local post office and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

  4. Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return promptly. Refunds or exchanges will be issued according to our return conditions.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for any items you return, but please note that the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. The returned package is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse, so please be sure to request proof of postage in case it gets lost in transit.
