How to Return an Item
  • Self-Service Return:Prefer to handle it yourself? Simply start your return through link above and follow the instructions.
  • Get Help from Our Team:email us at service@yvettesports.com with your order number,the items you want to return,and the reason. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. (Items purchased during any promotion of 40% off or more are considered final sale and not eligible for a return. )
How to Mail Back an Online Return
  • 1. Start a Return
  • Go to the return policy page at the bottom of the website to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return. Then, wait for the staff to process your return request.
  • 2. Return Label
  • Go to the return request page to check the return status.Download and print your FREE pre-paid return label from the confirmation page within the portal. You will receive a return initiated email to confirm your return has been initiated.
  • Affix the pre-paid label to the original package.
  • 3. Get Your Return Ready
  • Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
  • 4. Drop Off Your Package
  • Drop off your package at a nearby USPS location. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.
To qualify for a return
Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes all tags intact, being clean, free from pet hair, and without any odors. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end. We aim to maintain the highest quality standards for all returned or exchanged items to ensure they meet our customers' expectations. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us uphold the quality of our products and services
Refund Policy
After receiving your items, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please retain proof of postage so that you have a record of your return.
Extended Holiday Returns
Take advantage of our extended holiday return policy! Items purchased between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 can be returned until February 15, 2025, providing you with added convenience and peace of mind this holiday season.
Please note that during busy periods, processing your refund may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience!
Can I exchange an item?
Our website does not currently support exchange services. You can choose to request a refund and place a new order. If you are unsure about the size, you can contact our customer service team via email:service@yvettesports.com
